The Villa Vista Mar II was built in 2004 and renovated and extensively renovated and modernized in 2022.

The Villa Vista Mar II was built in bungalow style. The living space is therefore on one floor. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have double beds with on-suite bathrooms (directly connected bathrooms in the adjoining room) and a single bedroom with the possibility of using a second pull-out bed for a second person.
The Villa Vista Mar 2 also has a second living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed. This means that a total of 10 people have the opportunity to find enough space for their stay here. The villa can therefore be booked for 8 people, but can be used for 10 people at no extra charge.
The villa offers a fantastic view of the sea. A special construction for the spectacular positioning of the whirlpool hot tube was designed especially for this. Here you not only have an incredible sea view from the pool, you can also enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view over the sea to Fuerteventura directly from the whirlpool / hot tube.
Of course, Villa Vista Mar 2 also offers enough space to relax and have fun. In addition to the sun-covered pergola with BBQ grill, there is a large terrace with a lounge and a second dining table and a swimming pool area with appropriate sunbathing options. In addition, the sun terrace by the whirlpool and the two living rooms with 3 sofas offer space to relax.
On the south side of the property there is another BBQ area with stunning views of the sea.
Villa Vista Mar II has TV streaming in all bedrooms and living rooms and WiFi Internet with 600 M/bit throughout the building. More than 220 meters of fiberglass cable were specially laid for this purpose, so that nothing is missing on your vacation.
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and streaming apps in addition to the living rooms. Like the possibility to use Netflix, Amazon Prime, PlutoTv or many other streaming services (DAZN, Disney+ and many more).
The villa also has 2 Alexa music streaming boxes, as well as in the kitchen: a kitchen robot, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, microwave, double-door refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and much more.
